Get a HRCT of chest done. It is advised to take ct if fever persists for more than 5 days. But as per your temp 99 is normal. As the oxygen is low get a CT scan done to know the severity of infection .
1) Urgent HRCT THORAX is recommended
2) Sleep in Prone Position
3) Spirometry Lung Exercise
4) Check Spo2 every 6 hourly if still less than 92 - then reach to Nearest Doctor immediately
Though rtpcr negative but symptoms are suggestive of covid.
Take dolo 650 for fever
Next Steps
Sleep in prone position( sleep on chest)for 30 mins every 2 hourly. Do breathing exercise ( take deep breath and try to hold it as much as possible maximum for 25 seconds)
Do this 4-5 times hourly. Then check oxygen saturation.
If still 92% or less then consult.
