Low grade continuos fever. Should i do?

I had dengue in Nov beginning. After its treatment never came back to perfect health. In December had low grade fever 99-100 continuos for 12 days. No detection of cause in blood, typhoid, malaria, urine test. Took antibiotics and recovered. Again similar fever in Jan third week for 5-6 days. Now again similar fever for last seven days - 99-100, one paracetamol per day helps, all blood tests, urine tests, kidney, lever, TB, esr, ultrasound , x ray normal. Vitamin d and b 12 less substantially. High trygerslides, slightly high uric acid. On antibiotic for last 5 days but still fever comes with slight burning sensation in stomach, warm feet and tiredness in evening. Consulting a physician but no head way, what should I do ?
