Low fever, body pain, fatigue
Sir I was suffering from allergic rhinitis and sinusitis since long, undergone FESS plus septoplasty in the year 2011 and since then using Nasomac AF spray. Last three months I am not using the spray. Last three days I am feeling low fever and body pain with heavy forehead. No watering nose, sneeze presently. This body ache, feverish feeling & heavy forehead causing a worry to me. Please advise treatment and guidance in details

As more than 9 years ,you had no problem, means the surgery was done correctly.
Now also, the problem is not affecting nose (no watering, no sneezing)....
It is most likely General flu like symptom.
Take anti-inflammatory medicine,
Plenty of fluids.
X3days.
Next Steps
If it recurs after stopping medicine, then ...
1)Sinus endoscopy
2)CBC.
