Low dopamine level
I have been taking Risperidone for past 4 years. Will that medicine depletes my dopamine level as a whole?I'm asking this because I've all the problems of low dopamine level now.Actually I was under depression but my doctor misdiagnosed it as Psychosis and prescribed Risperidone.Now there's no hope for my life.

Risperidone is a very gud medicine for d treatment of psychosis. Its action is to remove d excess amount of dopamine in d brain. Neva deplete it. Feeling of hopeless is a feature of depression. Consult a psychiatrist and evaluated in detail.
