Parkin tablet is definitely  not indicated  for  a person having  the only  problem  of low energy levels. It is also very  unlikely to be associated with high dopamine  levels. It is advisable to kindly  get yourself  evaluated  to understand the cause of your low energy  and manage it appropriately  under the advice of a Psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Consultation  with a Psychiatrist

Parkin is absolutely not a tablet to be given for 'low energy'. There are a lot of things which indicate problems with your question. Please formally consult for detailed evaluation so that your problems may be addressed in the right way
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for complete evaluation and assessment at the earliest
