Hi Dear Write down what you feel, the emotions or thoughts which you get, which areas you feel the most confident and where you feel low. What are you good at and where you face problems. As when you know the areas of perfections you will get ways to achieve. You might have social anxiety or just the fear of losing your opinions in front of people.
