My BP drops to 93-95 and 66-62 while lying down. And when I check after getting up , it goes back to normal. Why is it happening? Can anybody please help? Thank you in advance.

Bp varies with position. Need not worry. Drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday. Stay well Hyderated. If you get giddiness or black outs drink lime juice with salt and sugar added to it. Consult for any query.

You haven't mentioned bp in upright position .Small postural variations in Bp Are possible .When you are lying flat all organs are almost at the level of heart. When you sit or stand all  organs apart from head and neck region are at the lower level of the heart. Also digital Bp apparatus for home use (in case you are using one)dont function reliably when their cuff has external pressure such as weight of your own arm while lying down. In fact for most cases exactly opposite of what you are stating  happens, Bp falls while sitting or standing  (orthostatic hypotension) that can be a cause of concern.
Next Steps
Ignore if no symptoms else consult with a physician
