Low bp and headache
My sister , 35 years old , has low bp 55 ...hb 9.2, hct 29.4 , mcv 67.6 , mch 21, rdw-cv 17.9, neutrophils 7. 56,79.8%...liver , kidney , typhoid tests are normal .. she is feeling headache and dizziness , sometimes fever..what is this ? One doctor diagnosed her for Anaemia.. Is it a correct diagnosis ?

You need regular assessment- fever or infection related hypotension is possible. If other labs are normal, she needs checkup for infections. If reports still remain normal- get a routine cardiac evaluation with 2D Echo.
Anemia is there but doesn’t look very serious. Anemia could be part of some infection.
