BP fluctuations in a day. Low BP

Asked for Female, 70 Years

My mother has low BP from past 4-5 days. Around 100/60 and it is fluctuating very frequently upto 115/74 . This is happening from past couple of days. She has headache and feels very low all day. Please suggest what can be done.
