Low bp 88/62in 31.5 weeks pregnant
My wife is 31 weeks 5 days pregnant and her bp is now 88/62 We r seeing that its continuously trending to decrease. Previously it was 90/60 6 days back. Doctor told there is no problem to have low bp But blood should be increased. Last month (25 days back) her haemoglobin was 10.5mg/dl We Didn't asked to check after that. She is having iron rich foods like spinach, apple beetroot carrot juice, jowar roti, millets, horse gram and other lentils, curry leaf powder also taking iron tablet otrivin once in morning along with follic acid and calcium tablets. What we have to do more to improve her blood levels and bp.

May be  she is not  taking  adequate  water. Tell her to take  3 to 4 litres of water every day. Tell her to tighten  calf  muscles when  ever  sitting  or lying  down. While  getting  up from  lying down  position, let her sit for 2to3 minutes  and stand, otherwise  they  feel  giddy. Any clarifications, connect with me on Practo Consult for  online  consultation.
