17 weeks pregnant and constipation
I am pregnant 17 weeks now i have been constipated for a while I do take fiber and water intake still am constipated shall we take cremaffin every other day dulphalac I tried but not working .

Constipation is expected complication in pregnancy .. cremaffin is not recommended regularly..

do walking for 15 min every day..eat apple ,kiwi they have high fibre
