Record temp n maintain chart If temp 100 or above take tab paracetamol 500 1-1-1 Tab Limcee 500 0-1-0 for 5 days Sip warm tea with ginger, warm lemon water, maintain proper hydration Saline gargles 3-4 times a day

  Is there any sputum or expectoration with cough ? If so which colour?..r u lactating? Have basic investigations done after consultation before starting antibiotics...
