Low blood pressure
Since past 10 days I'm recording my Bp at home and getting reading around 60/90 sometimes even low as 55 or 58. I don't have any health issue and do regular walks and exercise. Wanted to know weather its a serious issue and should I consult doctor for low bp. What precautions I can take to keep my bp normal.

Hello, yes this reading of your BP is below normal,, first you need to confirm the reading with your doctor, whether it is still the same. Giddiness and weakness are the most common symptoms of low BP, there is no need to take regular medicines,, a well diet having high protein, vitamin, and minerals will help you to improve BP. Consult a general physician. To have your BP checked.
