Low back pain
From past 4 days I am suffering from low back pain,loss of appetite,fatigue ,weakness in legs,I had gone for usg today but couldn't get it done but did a urine routine which says albumin+plus,pus 4-6,rbc-6-8hpf,I have also attached the report but I have burning feet from past 6 months,what can it be ,I am very nervous and today even pain in groin started.

Hi , not to worry. This may be secondary to a stone in the kidney or ureter . Pls try to get a ultrasound or a CT kub . Get serum creatinine and electrolytes done .
