Low back ache with symptoms of buttock pain on one or both sides radiating to legs is indicative of Sciatic nerve irritation. This pains worsen while sitting

Hello,
There are so many reasons of back and buttock pain...one of the reason is slip disc which causes pain in bending and sitting.
