Low b12 and low serum ferritin
My fingers and white sclera of eyes were turning pale yellow. Doctor advised me to check for b12 and Cbc levels. My Haemoglobin level is 10.5 , RBC: 324, platelet count: 243000, vitamin B12 - 138. Four years back I had tested my serum ferritin which was 7 and took supplements for three months. At present, doctor gave me neuroprime plus due to which I had head spinning experience. I have irregular periods. I have mild pcod. How can i treat my deficiencies?

I think you should consult a gynaec doctor for PCOS. Excessive bleeding may also cause anemia. Iron tablets for another 3 months seems the way to go
