On 14th October 2021 We went to doctor and found she got conceived but  on 25/10/2021 in ultrasound there were no cardiac pulsations and it was suggested to go for obortion. We are trying to plan again since June. In June from D3 to D7 she took letrozole 2.5mg. June Day 2 AMH was 1.26 She also has UCTD and taking medicine Saaz ds once every night Wysolene 5mg once every morning Shelcal CT once every night Dec test values AMH 0.54, FSH 8.12, LH 6.51, vit D3 -18.1, vit B12-388, TSH-5.41 Day 2 scan shown one side 1 to 2 eggs, other side 2 to 3 eggs. Quality of one egg was good. This month her period was not proper. She had bleeding only one day. Whether natural pregnancy is possible or IVF is the solution
