I am 28 years old and My BMI is 30 I snore loud during sleep. But it's not sleep apnea because I don't feel uncomfortable during sleep but loud snoring disturb others. Few years ago I was diagnosed with allergic bronchitis but now symptoms occur rarely I can perform every task and day to day functionality is perfect. But only problem is snoring. Hello, Considering all your complains, you need to get a sleep study done. Obstructive sleep apnea is a strong possibility, which most of the people think is not that serious, whereas it is a condition which needs attention & proper treatment. You should get a Polysomnography done asap and later the appropriate treatment should be followed. Thank you.
