Hello! If your energy levels are low, you need to change your lifestyle habits ( diet, exercise and sleep patterns) . Eat 3 main meals & 2 mini meals a day. Eat at regular intervals of 3 hrs. Include whole grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables , seeds , curd , eggs etc in your diet. Last meal should be 3 hrs before sleep time so that your sleep quality is good. 8 hrs sleep is mandatory. 30 mins of exercise at the start of the day will keep you fresh and energetic. Ask your doctor if you need to get any tests done. I suggest checking B12 , D3 & haemoglobin levels. But a personal visit to your physician is important
