Having running nose and congestion from Monday, taking medicines, suddenly feeling like loss of smell and taste, occasionally I can feel the smell and taste again it's blunt. Covid report came negative

No need to worry,
Even with common cold these symptoms occur.
But sometimes there will be false negative covid reports when infection is very mild, so better stay isolated, wear mask and continue same medication, if symptoms are not resolving consult for proper evaluation and treatment.

Congestion may hamper ur smelling, Dont worry for it. Take ur medications along with steam inhalation before sleep in night.It may take a week for resolution.

Common cold and other viral infections can also cause loss of taste and smell sensation, but this is reversible and you will regain loss of taste and smell
