I have pain in my right hand nd neck . What should i do for this? Nd is it serious condition..should hav to do surgery.?

Eterocoxib Mr two times a day after food for 7to 10 days.  X ray cervical vertebrae ap n lateral view. Physiotherapy  advisable.

Loss of cervical lordosis is due to spasm of the para spinal muscles,as a result of pain.Common causes are muscular,nerve entrapment, ligaments etc.ideally you should consider getting a MRI cervical spine to determine the exact cause.Surgery is  not a immediate option, unless a  significant disc disorder is diagnosed.You can try OTC pain reliever, muscle relaxant and physiotherapy.
