Cervical spondylitis and neck bump

Hi sir/mam Actually I have hard lump on my back neck since 10days sometimes it's painful when press or sometimes it's not, it's not visible but at touching it feels,and since night I m having pain in lower head too , plz tell what could it be?(weight loss hua tha but I gained dobara)
