Loss of Balance
I feel loss of balance in my body and sometimes little bit dizzy. I have tinnitus from last 2 years and I am on High Blood Pressure Medicine (2.5mg) from last 4 months. Have little bit of stiff neck as well. Seen to few doctors but they are unable to diagnose the exact problem. Any help would be helpful. My age is 24 (Male)

Based on history it feels you have meniere's disease. How long does your dizziness occur? Are there multiple episodes of dizziness in one day? Do you feel nausea at the time of dizziness? Is there any hearing loss in any ear? Do you have feelings of fullness in ear(like we feel in aeroplane)? Need detail history to evaluate and give medication accordingly.
