Loss of appetite due to Metformin combin
Recently my father got diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes. Doctor has prescribed Metformin + Vildagliptine combination twice a day. After a taking a medicine he is feeling symptoms like Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, lot of weakness, not willing to have any food. Then we have stopped his medicine for 2-3 days, his condition improved but not able to manage sugar level. Random sugar level shoots upto 236 dl. Please suggest what should we do now. I have attached their hbA1C report for reference.
