Loses erection while vaginal penetration

Hi Doctor, Whenever I try for vaginal penetration with my virgin wife, most of the times my penis loses the erection( but during masturbation it always remains erect) and sometimes I am not able to find her hole and in the process of finding the hole, I lose the erection again. It keeps on happening from past 6 months. Please suggest
