Lose of sleep / Insomnia
I have been facing sleep disorder / loss of sleep /Insomnia from last 2 months. I tried many things like exercise, sleeping early, changing sleeping position but no use. It feels like my mind doesn't sleep and i am aware of all what i imagine / think about in my sleep. Due to this i feel tired all day and can't concentrate on my studies. Should i consult a psychiatrist or pulmonologist for this?

Hello Friend, thanks for reaching out here for help. Good that you made your own efforts to control the problem. There are many reasons for sleep disorder both at mind level as well as physical bodily levels. Take one bye one approach. First consult a psychiatrist to ensure you don't have any anxiety or depression or any other mental disturbance.
