you might be having infection of the gastrointestinal tract...A stool examination will help in confirming the diagnosis.... Drink plenty of fluids, coconut water, avoid Pulses and Beans, food with high amounts of refined sugars will help...I would advice you to take pantoprazole 40 mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30 mg and a probiotic...further treatment depends upon stool examination reports Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Infectious diarrhea usually subsides within 10 days usually not more. Since its a long standing problem now, inflammatory diseases should be ruled out. Kindly consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.

Hello..... You have this problem from 1.5 months.. Any infectious diarrhea wouldn't stay for so long... It could be inflammatory diarrhea with abdominal pain and lot of mucus secretion.. Colonoscopy is required for diagnosis... Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital.
