Loosing weight after post pregnancy
After how many month I can start workout to loose weight?. I have gained 69 kg at time of pregnancy and I want to know how can I loose weight by exercise in winter Please advise

You can start with gym exercise 3 months post caesarean. For normal walk and yoga you could do it , 6 weeks post delivery.
