Loose stool problem
I face loose stool once in every day but no other problem i faced.is it cause of concern or not please suggest me

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due acute gastro enteritis. For now take, Cap. Bifilac 3 times a day before food Tab. O2 twice a day after food Tab pan 40 twice a day before food For 5 days.

Take tab rifagut 550 twice a day . And bifilac sachet once a day . Wait for 3 days if not subside consult with me in practo

Can be a case of Irritable bowel syndrome. Do these tests : Culture and sensitivity stool and Routine stool microscopy. Reduce stress Avoid oily spicy smoked and deep fried food Avoid Tea Coffee Dark Chocolate and pastries Avoid Maida products Take plenty of fluids Also take probiotics like Bifilac cap once daily at bed time for 10 days. Once you receive the stool report appropriate treatment can be provided.
