Loose stool
My son having loose stool yesterday. It's like watery. My doctr told to examine the stool. The report is all ok expect pus cell 20-25, colour whitish, reaction-acidic.
My son drinks normal ro+uv water last 4months, before that he was dinking boilled water. I m confuse is this the reason for this infection or any food related problm occur. Plz help me.

These infections can occur due to contaminated food also. Did he travel ? Eat outside food? RO and UV water is not likely to be the cause if purifier is in good condition. Please get the infection treated

You can boil the ro water and drink
Hand hygiene is also equally important
Give paediatric ORS to the child for loose stool
It comes in small sachet to be mix d with 200 ml of water
