I go to stool only once each and every day but always my stool is always loose paste semi solid slightly painful in form and is not soft and hard, I m a student and whenever I take probiotics my gut hurts so I dont take any probiotics either. Is it something to fear of and how can I bulk up and have a normal stool ?
