Loose smelly stool and farting

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I am facing this issue from last one years. I had homeopathy treatment for three months during medicine I am fine and not facing this issue. But after three month course, I am facing again same issue. I had ultrasound before and after treatment in which fatty lever - grade1 and left renal cyst are diagnosed. Attached is the report for your reference but it seems to me related to liver problems.
