I am taking triphala google 1 tablet at night for 4 days In the starting day i had gas and since two days i am suffering from loose motions. in these 4 days i was out for work so I didn't take much water as well as lunch and dinner is also not at times.. And i was also taking outside food for one day.but husband is also having the same food he didn't have this problem .i took 1 tablet of lopax before 2 hrs .still not get much effort please suggest what to do and what to eat.

May be gastoenteritis or food intolerance take probiotic tabs once daily for 3 to 5 days, add a digestive syrup after food 10 ml.
