Vomit and loose motions
Had outside food today, 4 hours later starred with bloating, heavyness and now vomiting and loose motions. Should I take lopamide tablet and genaton tablet? If yes then how many per day?

These are signs of INFECTION. Either viral bacterial or protozoal. TREATMENT is ACCORDINGLY done. Do u have fever ?. Where is the bloating. How many motions and colour of motions. Other important histories needed.

have plenty of fluids with added salt and sugar. coconut water lemon juice etc. semi-solid diet.
