It's very common Don't worry If only loose motion Then  give Liq. Enterogermina 5ml once  a day for 2days If loose motion asociated with fever then  give fever medicine also Keep ur baby well hydrated Give breast milk  water  and  if  needed ORS Keep watch on urine output
