Sir/ medam 8 months baby boy suffering from high fever and loose motions,from 2 days ,which medicine s are useful

At this age,give just 3 each of milk feeds and solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet.
Stop bottle feeding if giving it,use spoon and katori to give top milk feeds.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
