7.5 months old baby frequent fever

Hello doctor, My baby is 7.5 month old. he got fever for 4 days last week from 27th March to 31st March. Gave medicines as prescribed by pediatrician. Since yesterday afternoon hez having fever again. Giving him calpol 8 hourly and also giving him lots of fluids. Today being festival, pediatrician is not available. What should I do apart from calpol. Also what are the reasons behind getting fever just within 10 days. What has to be done. Kindly suggest.

Maintain hydration . Give water evry 4 th hrly around 20 ml . Give calpol drops evry 6 the hrly for Fver. With dehydration Fver will increase. So maintain hydration continue breast feeding
