UPTO 11 U HAVE TO TAKE ALL TYPES OF TEA GREEN TEA WITHOUT MILK, AJWAIN, JEERA, CINNAMON,CLOVE, GINGER, TULSHI CHOICE N AMOUNT U DECIDE. AT 11-12 ADD A BIG PLATE OF FRUITS WITH SMALL PLATE OF SPROUTS WITH ONION, TOMATO ,GAJAR Crushed.IN 40 MIN, ADD ONE GLASS OF HOME MADE GREEN JUICE WITH BOTTLE GUARD, ANWALA, CORRIDOR LEAVE, OR WHAT EVER I LIKE. THIS FINISHED BREAKFAST. THAN IN LUNCH AGAIN Two PLATES BIG WITH LOTS OF RAW VEGETABLES, SOME PROTEIN KHAJOOR, DATES.IN SMALL PLATE MAIN COURSE OF MEAL LIKE ONE BOWL CURD,DAAL, COOKED GREEN VEGETABLES TWO CHAPATI, SMALL BOWL COOKED RICE. This is called life style n diet plan change drastically. At teatime u can take panneer or tofu cucumber n herbal tea or regular tea. In dinner First salad small plate than khichdi porridge oats poha upma idali with white chatani. Treatment for indigestion UNIENZYM tab two times a day after food for three weeks. nexproRd40 one in empty stomach for ten days. DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night after dinner till required.
