If she is having loose motion ,then both can be given. Syp Zinconia 2.5 ml twice daily for 15 days and Enterogermina respules 1/2 respule twice daily for 3 to 5 days.

Is the baby breast fed or you are giving top feeds
Is there any vomiting or fever
If the baby is exclusively breast fed then no need for enterogermina
Zinconia is enough
If baby is on formula feeds then give both
If doesn't improve show to a Pediatrician
