O2M syp not required, it's an antibiotic. Not to give until prescribed by a doctor.
5 month child, ors also not required if on breastfeeding.
Till 7 months child may pass motions 8-10 times a day also, even on breastfeeding.
If child is not on Breastfeeding, then need to take a consult of the manner of feeding practices.
If still having doubts, then better take a consult.
