Sir. My toddler had loose motion since three days ago. on yesterday i consult with my pediatrician for the same. He advised me that one zinc acetate two times in a day and ors... But on today mrng some red particles are shwon in the stool... Pls suggest me medicine and food for him for stop loose motion and proper healing... I give BIFILAC stopped cows milk and breastfeeding Give banana Adeqaute Water Notes.. No fever But constipation during poo Greenish stool on yesterday 7 to 8 time Today poo is 5 to 6 times Urine is quite normal

Hiii.... most of the gastroenteritis in paediatric age group r due to viral infections....continue zinc tonic for 14 days,ors and bifilac. ....also keep watch ...urine out put... Also consultant up paediatrician if ur baby is getting fever and red coloured stools.....
