Loose motion related problem

Asked for Male, 0 Years

My child is three and half month old. He is suffering from Diaheria (Loose motion) for last 4 days. After every motion he is excreting water also. Medication include antibiotic (cefixime), ORS, zinc-G. Pls suggest the reason for excretion of water after loose motion. Also, If any medicine to stop the same, then pls suggest.
