My son is having vomiting since yesterday evening he has vomited 5times till now and he is passing watery stool since yesterday night till now and he had only pomegranate juice today after having fluids after some minutes he is passing watery stool don't know what can be the reason
1. He went to swimming pool he consumed water there.
2. He had Kokkam juice
No variation in food

Please give plenty of oral fluids
Give sips of WHO ORS sachets powder mixed in water frequently,and after he passes loose stools.
Please consult Pediatrician if fever,lethargy,decreased oral intake.tq

ORS to drink
Zinc syrup - 5ml once daily
No antibiotics
Consult local doctor if lethargic/vomits everything/decreased urine output

K start antibiotic and enterogermina respules . Give WHO ors . Maintain hydration .
