My nephew 5 & half month old suffering from green colour loose motion .. reports says he is suffering from lactose , can't digest sugar .. plz suggest your advice

You need to check the stool for routing and microscopy for ruling out infection which will need antibiotic. If lactose intolerance then starring lactose free formula Will be advised by your pediatrician. In that case breast feeding can aggravate the diarrhoea.
