My baby is 3.5 month old & suffering from loose motion from 2days, ors solutions is given but still not effective.

The poo of breastfed newborn babies are usually yellowish and on the soft orliquid side.
The poos may seem grainy at times, curdled at others. In the early weeks, yourbaby may poo during or after every feed.
Diarrhoea in babies or frequent abnormally runny stools, is often, but not always, caused by a viral infection.
Next Steps
Meet your doctor if the diarrhoea lasts more than 12 hours or is accompanied by apparent cramping, tummy ache, fever or bloody stools; or if your baby shows signs of dehydration.
Health Tips
Break milk is Super ORS. As long baby is actively feeding and peeing abt 8-10 times a day then no worries.
