My 5 months baby is suffering from loose motions and their is reddishness in his hips and it increases after every motion and he cry’s like anything at the time of motion what should I do and I have stopped giving my milk and started giving soya milk as suggested by my dr is it right and plz tell m what more should I do to cure it

At this age,you need to start solid diet,so add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery and apply rashfree cream twice a day,AVOID diapers.
Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
