2 month baby having loose motion after lactation. And vomit too. And also have cough No fever. No abd pain

Pasing stools after feeding is normal in babies.......just keep watch on weight gain and urine output.......for vomiting burp well baby after every feed.......if even after proper burping baby is vomiting then consult pediatrician
