Loose motion frequency 6-7 a day
Dear sir
My baby son which is 7 months old and weight 6.8 kg having watery loose motions with slight green colour frequency of loose motion is about 6-7/day from since 3 days.
Baby is active and on mother feed
Please prescribe some medicine for immediate relief

Mix 200ml of water with 1 sachet of ORS, and sips as tolerated.
^ The above values given were PER loose stool episode.
These amounts are equal to average amount of LOSS they have per episode. So to replenish this, the fluids is given.
things to follow
1. Give home food. No spicy, oily or junk food.
2. Avoid outside food intake
3. No snacks (packaged, high sugar/salt content)
4. Keep a watch on any signs of dehydration. .
*General danger sign* (the child is not able to drink or vomits everything .the child has had convulsions .the child is lethargic or unconscious). Most children with a general danger sign need URGENT referral to hospital/physical meet with pediatrician for review.
Watch for vitals(urine output/urine color/blood in stool/fever/activity)....if deterioration present do follow u p
