My 6 months old baby has watery loose motion for more than 4 times he took his solid food as usual but goes watery motion every time takes food or milk and looks tired, please suggest some good meditation to relieve and back to active

Give sporolac sachet - half sachet mrng and evng . Mix it with mothers milk or water.
