  3. Loose motion for 4 days. Should follow?

Loose motion for 4 days.
Having loose motion for almost 4 days. Have controlled what I eat, but even though the bowl movement is small its in liquid form. Stomach ache with it, medium not severe. Feels like a bug need to know what medicine I can take to stop the loose motion and if any to get rid of the bug. Also what diet I should follow

Tab satrogyl o 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days
